Senior Digital Designer (UX/UI) | Full-time

Aligning with consultants (the clients) in fast passed projects. These tend to be microsites and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Veeva, etc.)
I’m taking a lead role in projects and guiding junior designers.
Since the studio, I worked for is brand new in Costa Rica (it opened on February 2022), I took a leading role in the organization of standards like handling files and best practices.

I’ve worked with multiple brands like T-Mobile USA, Mazda USA, Microsoft, Con Edison, and Wink (a Costa Rican digital bank). Also, I’ve worked on multiple internal WT projects. Mainly my tasks have been:

I designed the annual templates for 2022 T-Mobile Postpaid emails. Here I had to work back and forth with developers to create doable components.
UI and visual design: Login design for a local digital bank (Wink), organizing a design system for Con Edison (current project). Also, I’m working for Microsoft designing landing pages for Microsoft products.
UX: WT projects, like a chatbot, a personalized music songs app generator, a complete service design for the ecological issues the company was facing, etc.

Mazda USA: I worked for this brand for more than five years, making high-end content for Mazda's different Tiers. The base of my work was teamwork, peer's work review, helping one and a while the motions team with HTML banners, and working on the design of CRM emails.

Arte y Punto was a small company dedicated to making hydraulic mosaics, and they also sold a SaaS product for gas stations. My role consisted of doing the visuals for the brand and building the front-end development, and working with the back-end developers.
